The suburbs of a big city. A worker from the Maghreb, Omar, feels uncomfortable with women. Ambivalent, either he’s fascinated by them, or they make him afraid. When he meets a prostitute, he tries to surpass his complex, discovering his own sexuality.

LATIFA SAID 

Latifa Said trabajó por diez años como trabajadora social y profesora. Luego decidió estudiar fotografía y empezó a trabajar para publicaciones francesas como Télérama y GéoAdo, al igual que para organizaciones como la Liga Contra el Cáncer y la Ciudad de París. Aparte de su trabajo fotográfico, solía escribir guiones. Participó de varios concursos y ganó el primer premio del Festival Internacional de Aubagne por su cortometraje Jours Intranquilles.

Latifa Said worked for ten years as a social worker and teacher. She decided then to study professional photography and started to work for French publications like Télérama and GéoAdo, as well as for organisations like The League Against Cancer and The City of Paris. Apart from her photographic work she simultaneously wrote screenplays, both for short and feature films. She participated in several screenplay contests and won the first prize at the International Film Festival of Aubagne for her short Jours Intranquilles.
