Karina nació en Buenos Aires en 1970. Es egresada de la Escuela Nacional de Bellas Artes Prilidiano Pueyrredón (actual UNA).
Actualmente co-conduce el ciclo La Marca Original: arte argentino, por la Televisión Pública.
Sus obras se han exhibido alrededor del mundo y forman parte de la colección permanente del Museo de Arte Moderno y el de Bellas Artes de Buenos Aires, el Centro Cultural Sao Paulo, OMI International Art Center y Fundación Pollock-Krasner Nueva York) y más instituciones artísticas de renombre.

Karina was born in Buenos Aires in 1970 and graduated from the National School of Fine Arts Prilidiano Pueyrredón (now UNA).
She is currently co-director of the series La Marca Original: arte argentino on Televisión Pública.
Her works have been exhibited across the world and are part of the permanent Collection of the Museum of Modern Art and the National Museum of fine Arts (Buenos Aires), Centro Cultural Sao Paulo, OMI International Art Center and Pollock-Krasner Foundation (New York)and more renouned art intitutions.
